" Bergkraft " is our specially developed blend for fully automatic coffee machines – full-bodied, harmonious, and ideally suited for extraction in fully automatic coffee machines. The medium roast ensures a stable crema, mild acidity, and a balanced flavor profile. Perfect for anyone who enjoys aromatic coffee with milk or as black coffee .

Bergkraft's flavor opens with fruity notes of red berries, followed by creamy almond tones and a chocolatey finish. The blend is specifically designed for fully automatic coffee machines that use smaller grinding discs – for maximum extraction with optimal balance.

Origin & Transparency

• Brazil – Matas de Minas (60-70%)
  An up-and-coming specialty region with natural processing methods. Notes of flowers, citrus, and chocolate. Long harvest season (May–September) for selective quality.
• Indonesia – Sumatra Gayo Mandheling (30%)
  Highland coffee from Aceh, processed using the traditional "wet hulling" method. Rich body, earthy depth, and aromas of cocoa, caramel, and exotic wood.

Roasting for fully automatic machines

Our medium roast was specially developed for fully automatic coffee machines . The beans are gently roasted at 210°C for approximately 13–16 minutes. Unlike classic espresso roasts, the Omniroast philosophy ensures a balanced profile – with clear fruity notes, gentle sweetness, and a creamy body that also harmonizes perfectly with milk.
