Our herbal hay comes directly from our sustainably managed herb meadows in the Natura 2000 protected area of ​​Wiesmet in the Franconian Lake District. It is harvested from the first cut of the year and consists of extensively managed (unfertilized) meadows with a high crude fiber content and an exceptionally high proportion of herbs. Only the finest stalks are used for our products, and the hay is harvested gently and sustainably with a cutter bar. This ensures it remains a purely natural product without additives and is harvested in a way that is safe for meadow birds and fawns.
